To this end, the company has integrated large parts of its equipment and processes within manufacturing into the IoT platform toii®. toii® collects machine data in real-time and makes malfunctions visible. In this way, failures can be responded to quickly.

Digital solutions for individual wishes

In combination with other digital solutions from the materials trader, IIoT technology thus creates the basis for fast and efficient service to its customers. At the same time, holistic digitization enables the company to respond to customers' individual wishes at short notice.

The AI solution pacemaker®, for example, enables a smooth flow of materials and lower resource consumption. Its algorithm ensures increased reliability of supply, lower stock volumes, and an increase in production output.
