It has come to our attention that certain individuals or entities in India are promoting or distributing an app called the “thyssenkrupp Investment App” or similar. We would like to clarify that thyssenkrupp AG and its affiliated companies are not associated in any way with this app or its providers.

We strongly suspect that this is a fraudulent scheme and caution all third parties against downloading, using or investing via such an app. The unauthorized use of our name and trademarks is being reviewed and investigated.
